By accessing or using EscalationAI ("Service"), operated by Vijit Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EscalationAI is an AI-powered escalation risk scoring tool for Zendesk. It analyses support tickets in real time to detect churn signals and escalation risk, enabling support teams to intervene proactively. The Service is provided on a subscription basis via a Zendesk app integration.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is offered on all plans. Your payment method will be charged automatically after the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.
Ticket content processed by EscalationAI is used solely to generate escalation risk scores. We do not store full ticket content beyond what is necessary to produce the score. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your subscription key grants access to the Service for use with one Zendesk account (subdomain) only. When you first activate the app, you will be shown the Zendesk subdomain it will be linked to and asked to confirm. Once confirmed, the key is permanently bound to that subdomain.
Using the same key across multiple Zendesk subdomains is not permitted. If you need to change your linked Zendesk account, email support@vijit.in. Account changes are limited to a maximum of 2 per calendar month per subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. Vijit Labs is not liable for unauthorised use resulting from your failure to secure your key.
This Service is not intended for processing Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). By using the Service, you confirm that you will not submit patient data, medical records, or any other PHI through this platform.
Vijit Labs has not entered into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and does not act as a Business Associate under HIPAA. If your organisation operates in a healthcare context and handles PHI, you must not use this Service until a BAA is in place. Contact support@vijit.in to discuss compliance requirements.
Vijit Labs operates as a solo-founder business based in India. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
These are good-faith commitments, not contractual SLA guarantees. Outages caused by third-party providers (Zendesk, Anthropic, Upstash, Vercel, Paddle) are outside our control and do not qualify for credits.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vijit Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
